Perfect reply That’s exactly what gives network marketing a bad name. Sheesh. If you find something you’re passionate about then go for it. But first ask, how many people can you personally find who have replaced their income at such n such a company? I’m grateful to say I have hundreds of dōTERRA advocates who have, and who go about it with integrity. Thanks for all the research, it was fun to read. I’d recommend looking at retention as well sometime.

Employees were invited to complete an anonymous and confidential survey. A certain percentage of employees at each company, based on size, had to complete the survey in order for the company to reach the threshold to be included. After the survey period was over, the team at Quantum calculated the responses to determine overall scoring and ranking. Only companies who met the threshold determined by Quantum as the baseline for a Best Places to Work environment were announced as Honorees for 2018.

When you’re asking people to volunteer their time to sell a product or service, the experience needs to be fun. As adults, we all feel tremendous pressure in multiple areas of our lives. If a network marketing company starts to feel stale, unappreciative and a little corporate-y, consumers will invest their energies somewhere else. As Millennials hit the scene, it’s important to understand that they’re placing less emphasis on financial metrics. Companies need to always maintain a sense of humor and constantly show appreciation for their sales force. When a company starts leading with an iron fist and sends out warnings to fence in a sales force, it almost always backfires. People need to have fun with the brand and fun sharing the brand with others. If it’s painful, forget about it.
However, I have been a Pampered Chef customer on and off for over fifteen years, and when I saw a few products online last June that I was interested in, I messaged the only consultant I knew (met once several months before) and had a online party. Then, on a whim, I signed up. Not because the consultant badgered me (barely even mentioned it). But when I realized the starter kit came with everything I needed (including catalogs and paperwork) and that there were no hidden penalties or fees if I didn't sell "enough" I though I'd try it for the summer just for fun. I had zero parties lined up and I decided ahead of time that I was going to make ONE post to Facebook about it and not rely on family members to make my business happen. And I'd just see from there. Seriously nothing to lose except the kit fee, which I got product for, at least. (side note: new kits came out recently and cost between $109 and $249, depending on which you choose. Plus, you can get $25 or $50 credit toward your kit when you host).

Hi Jeremy great article. Here’s my take for what it is worth, after working 50 years for the bank making not so much money, having to accommodate there time schedule ,negotiated vacations and seeing very few people advance to 6 figure incomes,I’m somewhat intrigued by the idea of using my retirement years looking at mlm as a part time endeavour . Obviously I put a lot of blood sweat and tears into my previous job,so I’m not expecting to make my millions in a couple years in mlm, but I like the (do it in your own time) idea. If I find a product I like and would use anyway why not? I also like the idea that the potential is there biased on your own efforts. Am I wrong What do you think?

The cons of mlm are that most people getting into mlm don’t understand mlm. They apply the incorrect philosophy and it becomes a recipe for disaster. I see dozens of people monthly that join a mlm, don’t work and don’t yield any results and as a result, leave with a bad taste. But with correct leadership that problem could be averted. That is precisely why I love my company. It has the best leadership (in my opinion) and they properly train their agents.
With so many of the fastest growing MLM companies pushing to have you join, it can get confusing when you’re looking at MLM products, compensation plans, where to get leads, marketing tips, and most of all – can I really make money with this? What you need to remember, is that the best MLM to join in your situation is going to come down to one thing – finding a product and a business you are excited about sharing!

It Works is a direct sales company founded in 2001 by Mark and Cindy Pentecost that deals with skin care and nutrition products. The privately owned company got its breakthrough because of its flagship products like the Ultimate Body Applicator and other anti-aging and nutritional supplements designed to make it easy for consumers to stay fit and healthy. The company, which employs over 10,000 people, generates over $500 million in annual revenues annually.

This one is debatable. Based on my observations, companies tend to do better when they have a physical presence for the corporate team to work. The idea of a “cloud based” office sounds nice, but in my opinion, it’s a little cheap and leads to less production. I think it’s important for executives to provide a consistent environment for people to come together during normal office hours and focus intensely on their duties to the company. There’s value in people coming together daily in a physical environment, sparking ideas off of each other at random times. If there’s no physical location, the company, in my opinion, is typically unable to adapt and change quick enough to stay ahead of the competition.
Six months later, I seriously am astounded at my business (or even just the fact that I have one, since I only intended it as a hobby for sixty days or so). I've made at least $300 each month since I started, and three of those months I made over$1,000 (not to mention bonuses and free products). I am so not spammy, I'm not into begging or pressuring people to have parties, and I still don't even consider myself a sales person. I do love helping people connect with products that will help them reach whatever their goals are in the kitchen (from heating up canned food, to creating a beautiful charcuterie platter). I find that I don't have to sell the products, really - guests share with each other when they talk about what they use and love. And mostly, my bookings come from my parties. (I got four new bookings from the last party I had this month. I guess people have fun!)
(May 2017 update: did this go under?) The sign up cost will make you do a triple take (almost four figures), but you get to set your own retail price on every product you sell. If you’ve got the skills to make people cough up the cash for their products (which, btw, are pretty legit), you could definitely make that money back. They’ve also been winning plenty of awards (even a growth award from the Direct Selling Association themselves).

Below are the companies we think are worth investing in and working with.  These days, you don’t have to be locked into just one direct sales company! Diversification is key. The more products you can present to your customers, the more opportunity for a purchase and an up-sell. If you focus on selling clothes, why not have healthy food item as an up-sell?

You can learn more about it here. The coaching program that allowed me to quit my 9 to 5 for good, a business model which requires no recruiting. Instead of talking to people with no money, you only do business with small business owners that’s got money to throw down and you solve their number 1 problem which is they need more customers from the internet.
The interviews and psychological connections lead me to conclude that MLM and NM companies, along with other small businesses opportunities, are important considerations for anyone entering retirement.  In fact, I believe the concept of starting a business for retirement income will become one of the most significant trends impacting retirement in the 21st century.  But it has to start with redefining entrepreneurship and framing it into a retirement lifestyle.  That means helping people find ways to turn a passion, hobby, or personal desire into extra money in their pocket… not to mention helping people see the importance of  planning for the non-financial aspects of retirement such as replacing a work identity, staying relevant and connected, as well as keeping mentally and physically fit.

I agree with Jeannie. You can build a solid foundation from your warm market & then it snowballs. It is hard work & not a get rich industry. I to am with dōTERRA which is such a product driven company that 80% of wholesale customers are just customers because the products work. I love how everyone I have interacted with in my Upline are so driven by a purpose much bigger than amassing wealth! After almost 20 years of business experience (corporate sales & real estate), I can proudly say that I’ve never worked in such an edifying & encouraging environment. I can’t remember even 1 of my former bosses sitting down with me to chart a plan to bring me up to their level or even to take their current spot on the corp ladder – too much insecurity in that world & after all only 1 person makes it to the top of that pyramid. I love that in Network marketing you can easily surpass the rank & income of the person above you if you work with great purpose. The mentoring available & the personal development which happens in this environment is incredible!
I initially spoke to a retired friend who said she joined a health and beauty direct selling company as a means of meeting new people. She had recently remarried and moved to a new location, so she combined the practice of meeting new people with making extra money.  After almost a decade in the business, she’s built a small niche business with family and friends despite switching to from one company to another competitor after three years.
Direct Sales— This is one of the most common ways of making money for stay-at-home moms. Direct selling is simply selling another person’s product or service to receive a percentage of the sale (commission). This has enormous potential, and can easily help you earn money online. A word of caution though — before you join any business opportunity, investigate the company, make sure the product is available and reliable, and ensure you have a good knack for selling. Stella & Dot is one of my favorite direct sales opportunities.
This was the most useless, uninformative, article I have wasted my time with. I'm scratching my head right now, as I thought I was clicking on an article that someone actually did research of "the top 20 best direct sales company's", not : "um, I know nothing about direct sales, nor did any research but I will name 20 companies, I may or may not know anything about".... numbering them, then writing paragraphs of blah, blah, did not even bother googling company for facts, but you could, as I'm not that smart. I really hope you don't get paid for crap like this and if you do .... please share that secret. I would love to write articles (I would even do legit research and be knowledgeable) and get paid doing so. ** 100% serious if you are making $$ off this article please share your secret, as this is a very disappointing, misleading article full of paragraphs of crap nonsense from you. I initially clicked as I was an independent consultant for Partylite (surprised not mentioned however knock off cheap quality scentsy was) and looking if PL was still the best option to make $ PT and possibly get information on 20 companies that "are the best" with info like start up costs, commission %, pyramid formed companies vs non, web site maintenance costs, consumer interest, background info more specific than they have been around since the 1800s?!? SMH... what a waste of time to read this. If I Google PL it gives me that info and you misled me to think you did the research for me. So please let me know how I can make $ after I do it by writing a better article then this. Good luck!
As with any business venture, it’s important to manage your expectations when signing on with an MLM. Marketing materials may sell you the idea of making good money without leaving your house, but business ventures like these take time to deliver a return on investment. Not every sales agent will be making $100,000 per year right away or even five years down the line. Be realistic about how much you’re likely to sell and how much you’re likely to earn.

Our 2018 contest was open to direct selling companies with at least 40 full-time employees based in North America. Any employer or employee could have nominated their company during the open period last fall, which ended on October 23, 2017. Each nomination included a contact person who received all of the communications from Quantum. After the nomination period ended, Quantum sent out an official invitation to each company to begin the survey process.

I'm sorry to hear that you're disappointed in this post, however the idea behind this article was actually to come from the perspective of a stay-at-home mom so it is indeed an opinion and not necessarily a "fact based" article. You're right, from what I can find currently, the startup price to join It Works! is $99, not $100. I will update that in my article. I found that information on an unofficial It Works! blog called WrapItLoseIt.net where I read that the best starter package retails for $499. When I checked out the official It Works! website I was unable to locate any information directly from the company that indicates the actual startup costs of joining the company which I find frustrating as I'm sure others do as well. Would you mind posting a link to that here so others can find quick and clear information on It Works! without having to dig?

(Update: In June 2017, the co-founder, Dave Wood, has for the time being stepped down following his check-in into drug rehabilitation and the company no longer exists). I wonder if the buzz of Empower Network will ever die down? This is one of those rare gems of the MLM industry that exploded onto the scene and did not hit a bump in the road by dying out only after a year of being out there.  Although now the company is on decline, and its highly doubtful they’ll make it on any lists in the years to come.

Cookie Lee Jewelry was built on the concept of empowering women to reach for their dreams. The company offers fabulous and one-of-a-kind pieces and consultants earn 50% gross profit from sales made. To start, you pay $60 for the business tools and have your choice of spending $500 for $1,000 of jewelry, or spending $99 for a pre-pack of the current season’s jewelry with a retail value of $200.
Thanks for this post. Very helpful. I do like direct sales; one reason for this is that it helps keep alive that age-old tradition of people interacting face-to-face (rather than mainly through texting and social media). For that reason, I think MLMs should target the lonely Millennials. Anyway, I was a member/distributor of Advocare for over 10 years and still miss the products and the activities in the company, now that I am temporarily out. I still plan to sign up again when I can afford it (long story–I’ll spare you). I am now involved in Melaleuca, and I must say in their defense that Melaleuca’s products are actually not overpriced. Because Preferred Customers are not only not expected, but also NOT ALLOWED to turn around and sell the products at the retail price, everyone pays the same low prices. (Granted, one can indeed go to the website and buy directly from the company if they do not want to become a Preferred Customer. Why would someone do that when the annual membership is only $19? Only if they do not want to commit to the minimum monthly requirement for Preferred Customers.) Public, keep this in mind! Don’t be fooled by the rebels who are selling old Melaleuca products on Amazon for way above the retail price!! You’re much better off buying fresh products directly from the factory, even if you pay retail price. Just sayin. My big question: What about Tupperware? I have been a Tupperware consultant for about 6 months, and I have found it to be extremely difficult to keep business going. The directors training me have said that Tupperware is the second most widely recognized brand name in the world, second only to Coca-Cola. If that is the case, why is it so hard to find people willing to host Tupperware parties? Why does it seem so hard to sell? Also, is it just me…Or, does Tupperware’s compensation plan stink?
FLP may not be the wealthiest MLM on this list, but they deserve a spot because of their long-term dedication to the aloe vera plant and products made from it. Few MLMs display such product dedication and integrity as FLP. And few MLM’s have such a concentrated niche. That screams longevity over the other hundreds of other “full service wellness” companies.
A group of health care and business professionals founded doTERRA Earth Essence in 2008. They shared profound personal experiences with the life-enhancing benefits of essential oils, and the MLM’s first offering of essential oils – 25 single oils and 10 oil blends – was then introduced. In addition to new oils and blends, product offerings include nutritional, spa and healthy living products.
Agree with most of your comments. Born and raised in the corporate community, we never even considered a MLM until came across one after retirement. Looking back we would have looked seriously at the industry much earlier. In any event, we had one good run until management made a few very bad decisions…killing 40 % of our business. But now we’ve found a new home with WGN. Among the many differences is they’re a technolgy company operating as a MLM…go figure.

In March I joined an MLM company and I’m lost… my first reaction to network marketing was I’m not a sales person, to which I was told it’s not about sales but about building relationships. The other thing that makes me crazy is I see a lot of folks who appear so fake with their bubbly “everything is coming up roses and bubble gum” that I cringe. I’m honest to a fault and happy but not giddy. I feel like I have writers block in that I’m not sure what direction to take to get my business going, the struggle is real right now… Any thoughts or suggestions I can take away.

It seems to me that in your assessment of the top 25 MLM that you had a preference for one essential oil company (Young Living) over the other (doTERRA) which outranked YL. You give a glowing review of YL and state that they “set the standard” & are a “solid pick”. While you seem to question why people could possibly like doTERRA with comments like “Users swear by the oils, and for whatever reason, people (and not just people in Utah) are strangely passionate about telling their friends about them.” For “whatever reason”??? “Strangely passionate”??? You come across as bias. You also incorrectly state that YL set the standard for quality, while they may have been the first legit EO Co. they didn’t set the standard. Infact their lack of wanting to find the purest most potent EO available (which comes from the country the plants are indigenous to) and having strict testing to ensure the purity and potency is why doTERRA was founded, doTERRA set the standard because YL didn’t want to. And that is why doTERRA is the #1 EO company and why Young Living is not. Not to mention how well doTERRA takes care of the suppliers through Co-Impacting and how they’re improving their lives through The Healing Hands Foundation. The foundation builds wells, schools, provides personal care products as well as many other things. doTERRA is changing lives for the better all around the world so that is one of the “reasons” we’re “strangely passionate” about spreading the good news of doTERRA essential oils. Not only are doTERRA EO more potent and purer making the the “solid pick” they are literally saving peoples lives.
Good morning! I work for an ID company called ITWORKS. a lot of people know them for the wraps that help lose belly skin that is left from pregnancies and loss of weight. I just started with a business called Country Scents Candles. The start up to join is free!! Yes, that’s right, it’s free. you get a free ecommerce website, the team members are great people to work with. The candles, tarts, and beads are soy based. No chemicals or dyes are used. It’s all natural, long lasting and safe for the environment. There are a wide variety or aromas to choice from. Check it out @
MLM and direct selling programs also offer very low barriers into entrepreneurship, often providing training, support, and ample encouragement along the way.  As retirees begin to realize they need activities that keep them busy, relevant, in good health, and connected to others, the time, energy and cost to participate in these kinds of companies make them very appealing to large segments of the population caught up in these dynamics.

MLM also referred to as network marketing, utilize a system of marketing that’s based on a basic business model: you become a part of a team of distributors and work to build a team of recruited downline distributors. The top network marketing companies have a strong inventory of products that you will provide to your clients, meeting a specific need in your target market. As your team of downline distributors grows, you receive compensation benefits from their sales as well, because you are the original recruiter. Simply put, the larger your team, the better your return.
Other than that, great info, but I’d have to respectfully disagree with the logic behind not being a part of an MLM. It’s one business model. And whether you want to make it your full time job or just dabble, so long as you find a product and company you love, it can be a great way to diversify your income streams. $5000 a year (or $5) is more than most people make on their 401K, savings or any other conventional ways of investing. It’s an investment, and for those that chose to continue through the plateau, it results in residual income. Don’t like sales? Some of the companies are moving away from the door to door type sales models and putting a lot more emphasis on team building and adding value. And many companies are also discouraging distributors from spamming on social media- again- it comes down to the individual and their own business acumen. We can spend our lives blaming they systems or we can just own ourselves and be grateful for whatever we’ve learned from, and created out of each opportunity presented to us. It’s the choice of the individual at the end of the day but one thing I can say with certainty is that someone who blames MLM for their lack of success is lacking responsibility for themselves in other areas of their life too.

You are right in that most MLM have monthly dues and have high entry fees to be distributors or consultants. You are also right in that most MLM companies focus on recruitment and not product sales. I’ve been working with Arbonne now for quite a while and none of those comments apply to this company, which is why I believe they have survived and are only growing at this point, despite some people’s opinion that they will soon be relics like Mary Kay. To become a consultant is a mere $75 dollars, the kit is involved with all free samples and material. Product loading is prohibited. Each event we host regularly ends with most if not all attendees becoming a preferred client for $20 joining fee for the first year and a $15 renewal every year with no monthly expectation and a guaranteed minimum of 20% off of all stock at all times and 40% off of all packages at all times. Not only that consultants can will their business down 6 generations, and the Mercedes incentive is for a purchase, not a lease. We do look to grow our network, but we emphasize this takes hard work and is not a get rich quick scheme. While you hit the nail on the head with most MLM businesses, there are MLM businesses like Arbonne who are a cut above the rest and who are in the habit of not putting pressure on anyone attending to either purchase or join as a consultant. We only want the best in our network and we have thousands of examples of very successful men and woman to show for it. Great article!!!

In my opinion, of all the direct sales companies to make money with, Scentsy practically sells itself. Their wax warmers come in a wide variety of styles to fit your décor, they plug in so there is no worry about an open flame, and the many fragrances they offer will suit the pickiest noses. I was amazed at how many scents I liked and how similar to nature’s own fragrances they were. Scentsy offers many resources to help consultants become successful. You can host actual home parties, basket parties (similar to a catalog party), and you can even have a booth at a local fair if you’d like. Commissions are based upon your consultant level, but you’re paid monthly and funds are transferred directly to a Scentsy debit card, which is very convenient.

If you need something just see if this company has it, because chances are they do.  They are recognized for their greatly discounted product one-stop-shop, as they are wealthy CEOs.  The CEOs have made it to the Forbes list, drive nice cars, live in mansions in Biscayne Bay, penthouses in Manhattan, and are well-known with celebrities…I could go on, but you get the picture, right?  And this is all in credit to their MLM.  They’ve hit snags in their past with the SEC, but at the end of the day they just kept going, and they’re going strong.  Market America still managed to make it onto the DSN Global 100 at the 29th position.

doTERRA – Headquartered in Pleasant Grove, Utah, doTERRA is health and wellness MLM company that deals in essential oils. Its product line consists over 100 skin care, nutritional supplement, weight management, and essential oils products. Founded by David Stirling in 2008, the company employs about 1,300 people and well over 3 million independent consultants/distributors. The company generates well over $1 billion in sales annually.

Oriflame – Oriflame is a Swedish based MLM company which does a good volume of business through its members spread throughout the world. The company mainly deals in beauty products and has a good presence around the world. It has an annual revenue of $1.9 billion. Oriflame is among the top ten multi level marketing companies in the world currently.
Keeping with the trend I have here, yes this is another MLM company operating under the nutritional niche; and it comes to us from Utah.  They have a specific product that’s help made them well-known: seed nutrition and the “black cumin seed,” which evidently is very potent for helping fight cancer cells and encourages anti-oxidant benefits, among other things.
Here we’ve got a throwback to network marketing’s roots (Remember Tupperware parties? No? There’s a reason for that). Kitchen products, cooking demos, and mommy bloggers galore. Stay-at-home-moms looking for some flexibility are still a HUGE target demographic for MLM, so it’s no surprise that Pampered Chef has done so well that Warren Buffett decided he needed a piece of the action.

An analysis of 32 income disclosure statements from direct selling companies by TruthInAdvertising.org found that 80 percent of distributors, or people selling their products, grossed less than $1,200 per year before expenses. At about half of those companies, the majority of distributors made no money at all. "Given that context, any income claim that expressly states or implies that this is a way for someone to gain financial freedom, to become wealthy, travel the world, become a stay-at-home parent is just false and deceptive," says Bonnie Patten, executive director for TruthInAdvertising.org.

Thoroughly enjoyed reading your mlm breakdowns and the comments, thank you Jeremy. Had a successful mlm business but had to make a decision to give it up or have a breakdown due to ongoing upline bullying so at a big crossroads at the minute. being an ‘older’ lady here in the north of England doesn’t bode well for conventional job hunting in the current economic climate so some serious thinking needed on my part and QUICKLY lol. Thanks again Jeremy x

Backstory: Nakia drafted a proposal for her Essential Soul Purpose Youth (ESPY) mentoring program, for ages 14 to 17, and pitched it to company CEO Nadine Thompson, who loved the idea. Nakia found 15 interested teens through her kids and sales force. They kicked off with a fashion show fundraiser in February 2011, with aspiring entrepreneurs modeling Soul Purpose makeup and clothes from local boutiques, to build buzz and recruit community mentors.

With the Clever Containers I see a lot of stuff that can be purchased at a value price at retailers like Hollar, Ikea or even Target. To compete, I think Clever Container needs to style their products with more of an eye towards their market (I would consider myself one of their markets). What I look for in home organization products is first, functionality, which is present here, but second a product that blends well or accents my home, vehicle or office space. Their bathroom products are a great example of functionality and attractiveness! I'd like to see the laundry bags, travel sets and shopping bags come in more neutral patterns - they would be more marketable that way.
This company is still able to shine through, even though they are in tough competition with other well-known competitors such as Mary Kay and Avon.  This company does promote their focus on having cruelty-free products for consumers and au natural ingredients, and from their stand point it looks like they could sling shot into the league of their rivals at any time.  You can anticipate to watch them enter the billion-dollar yearly revenue stream pretty soon!
Ben Thataway, a CEO benefits forever off of his employees and the employees can spend a lifetime and never make the kind of money they can make in network marketing. I know someone personally that beat out 80,000 representatives, did not join the company untli 3 years after it launched and became the top income earner. What you’ve heard, or what you think you know about network marketing is false.

Odds are, somebody in your life works or has worked for a multi-level marking company, called MLM companies for short. If you’ve ever had a friend on social media invite you to join their sales team or attend an online shopping party, it probably had connections to an MLM company. Some people think of MLM companies as some opportunistic scam, but that actually couldn’t be further from the truth. Learning a little bit about how these companies can help you understand why they provide a wealth of opportunity for income and professional growth. In fact, you’re probably very familiar with many of the best MLM companies in the business without even knowing it.
I don’t know much about World Ventures, Greg. I do have some very respected friends in the business who build that business and I do trust them. In ANY network marketing business, it more often comes down to what the independent business owner is putting IN to their business. Are they following the plan religiously? There is no company out there that can legitimately promise a get-rich-quick plan. You have to assume MLM is a 4+ year build – and only then when you’re going full-out. Most people don’t have the stamina for that – but if they do or can learn it, people can make a lot of money in many different companies.
I am very surprised not to see Younique on here for beauty products. They have their number one seller the 3D fiber lash mascara which is SO awesome!! I love it so much and their products are all natural. And all of the ladies are so sweet. I am so glad that I joined this company when I did. Backstory: In 1999 Ginny left her full-time job in hospice management when the family moved from Arizona to Kansas so that Doug could take a new job. Bored one afternoon, she browsed through a Silpada catalog that belonged to her sister-in-law. "Halfway through, I already had a $350 wish list," she says. So Ginny decided to become a rep to earn some free bling and hopefully make friends. She took $1,000 from savings to purchase display jewelry, conservatively calculating that she'd need 12 parties to replenish the account. Her first party yielded $1,500 in sales, $450 each in commission and free jewelry, and six more bookings. Doug said, "Something tells me we've got a good thing going here."
I think with direct sales, the most important things to consider are: (1) research into the company, it's policies, fees, and requirements; it's history and reputation (2) connecting with a team that will help you and cares about your own goals for your business, not their goals (3) finding a company that you are excited about and have confidence in the product and mission.
But let's get down to the nitty-gritty. This isn't a cheap product and it's expensive to become and remain a consultant. At minimum it costs $45 to join the Rodan and Fields team but it can cost a much as $995 (yeah, you read that right--almost a thousand bucks) depending on your start up kit. The average kit goes for around $400 so it's no doubt an investment. The compensation guide looks like a science text-book with tons of graphics and colors and numbers. I know from a consultant though that monthly fee includes $25 for your website and $80 for inventory.

Okay, if former presidential candidates wasn’t enough, this company even got a very popular American paper, the New York Times, to make some high profile endorsements.   Just shy of making it to the top 10 MLMs list, this company has some significant worth…let’s say about $3 billion dollars!  If you check them out on the stock exchange, you’ll see their growth rate is incredible.
